Tawazen is an extensive, yet simple program consisting of 12 core modules, customised to support working professionals, embrace the concept of life balance, breaking the conventional work life balance ideologies to come to an understanding that work is a  part of life.


It aims to  coach participants with comprehensive tools and methods to achieve  well-being holistically, starting from the individual level, to teams, progressing to societies and the environment.

Through this program, we aim to provide students with a clear understanding of sustainability principles, allowing them to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable practices. By breaking down the barriers to entry and making sustainability accessible, our objective is to cultivate a generation Green Champions and Eco-preneurs who can contribute meaningfully to building a more sustainable future.
